On September 12th new students and new staff were sorted into their new house teams at the first assembly of the year. Ms. King placed a ‘sorting poncho’ on students to determine which house team they would join. The house teams are named after Ktunaxa animals:Qukin for raven team, Kupi for owl team, Nipku for bear team, and Skinquc for coyote team. Students and staff earn house team points for participating in house team spirit days and for getting UNESCO good deed cards.
