Ms. Ziefflie and Ms. Bala's Gr 1/2 class hosted many guests in the Out For the Oceans Café this week. They served a delicious meal of spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, and dessert. All meals were served by donation, with all proceeds going to the Oceans Legacy Foundation. Invited guests included members of the Canyon-Lister and Creston Fire Department and Mayor DeBoon. The students greeted guests, guided them to their seats, took their order, served the meal, and cleaned the plates.
