Corn Roast
The annual CLES Corn Roast will be happening on Thursday evening, Sept 14, at 5:00 pm. The dinner should last about an hour.
For those new to this tradition, we hold a potluck at the beginning of the school year to welcome families to the CLES community. The Riehl Farm has generously donated corn for the event. The school will provide hot dogs for all (including veggie dog options, and gluten-free buns). We ask that families bring a small potluck item to add to the feast.
The CLES PAC will have an info table set up, to meet board members and talk the playground installation.
Also, we need families to volunteer to take corn home on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, cook it and bring it to the potluck. Corn would be sent home with your child (approx. 10 ears) and then brought fully cooked. Please contact the office if you are able to help.
